[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Internet of things is a network of interconnected objects able to collect and exchange data.   I and my senior Tom Kurian proposed to set up an IoT lab and subsequently it was established at m a college under the guidance of Professor Babu P Kuriakose, in my second year of engineering.   As initially there were very fewer members who are interested in the lab,   we launched a series of workshops and hands-on session which motivate the students to try the cutting edge technology of the internet of things. 

•Co-founded IoT lab along with Tom Kurian(Batch of 2018,  electronics and communication department)
•Conducted hackathon 80 participants and 1 lakh funding for the annual University Techfest
•End to end management of IoT lab Including procurement of materials to managing the attendance register
•Initiated the concept of lending library for electronics
•Part of the team that raised  INR 200000 funding for IoT lab
•Resource person for 5 workshops under IoT lab
•Community managing  nearly 200 students since  the founding of IoT lab
